Best nail spa in mid-town Memphis. Friendly, fun people...excellent service! My manicure lasted 10 days and my pedicure was fabulous! I had the mini-microdermabrasion done and my face felt GREAT.

I was at The Polish Bottle the day Jen C. came in. Nothing Felicia said or did that day was going to satisfy these women. They came with three people and two children (who does that in a spa atmosphere). The mistake was theirs. I know how they book on Saturday morning because I am standing appointment. Felicia was polite and accommodating, they just wanted the services done no matter what. The Polish Bottle and the staff at GREAT ladies and their services are fabulous!

This salon has the best customer service and attention to detail. The ladies that work here a lot of fun and Do great work. My polish lasts a week and they do great waxing...especially bikini!

I made an appointment and there was a mistake in the booking. I understand that mistakes happen but the owner started getting rude with me right off the bat! I remained calm and didn't say an ill word or get any kind of attitude (trust me I would admit if I had) bu this woman was so eagerto speak to me like a child! I soon realized that it's not worth doing business with this woman and will never go back!
